OBO 36' Chris Craft about 1964 in restorable condition in Hampton, VA

This is a wooden 36' Chris Craft built in about 1964 in restorabe condition.Basically a project gone bad, not due to the boat, due to lack of funds.I don't have the money to have someone else restore the exterior and cannot get a local marina to lift it onto the hard let me rather than them do the work that needs to be done. Cannot do the hull work without having a yard pull it out of the water. Major things that I know need to be done to restore the boat. 1. Recaulk transom at waterline.2. Recaulk everything else.3. Repaint vessel bottom.4. Replace outer chine on starboard side about 9' aft of bow stem to to 14' aft of bow stem.5. Replace all AC wiring to include distribution panel.6. Replace all DC wiring to include distribution panel.7. Replace old fuel lines.8. Replace shear board (top of outer hull) starboard side.9. Repaint and redo inside cabin. Would make a decent live aboard if completed.The engines (twin 350s) and propellers (4 blade bronze 20x22) are worth more than I am asking. Must be moved since the current mooring has no facilities at all to work on it or part it out.Phone 804-eight9eight-9140
